Sorry, no returns are offered on our cabinet hardware, because each knob and handle is custom made for the customer when the order is placed.

If a product is damaged during shipment, contact us immediately. Ship the item back, once received and verified, a replacement will be shipped to you.

1 year warranty against defects. We will replace the defective piece, once the piece is received and verified. Use of any harsh or abrasive cleansers will void warranty.

Q: How do I clean the handles or knobs?
A: Use a damp soft cloth to wipe clean. If needed, a mild dish soap may be used. (Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleansers.)

Q: Are the corks sealed?
A: Yes, we use a 3 step process to stain, seal, and top coat the corks so that they will give you long lasting beauty and are easy to clean.

Q: Is there color variation within the same color?
A: Due to the natural characteristics in wood and cork, you may notice slight color variations, if any, but we strive to provide our customers with true color consistency.
